Each piece is born from a direct engagement with the material: shapes are built and finished by hand, with no shortcuts. We do not believe in mass production.

How does shipping work?
We ship all orders exclusively via DHL Express. This is a deliberate choice to ensure:
- Fast delivery (1–3 business days after dispatch)
- Full end-to-end tracking
- Maximum security for high-value items
We also utilize DHL GoGreen services to offset the environmental impact of every shipment.
How long will it take?
Each piece of jewelry is made to order and shipped within 10–14 business days.

How do returns work?
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at info@sebamakes.com with your order number.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Send us an email with photos/videos and your order number.
- We will arrange the return and provide a replacement or a full refund.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Cleaning:
Clean your jewelry by soaking it in warm water with a mild detergent. For silver pieces, you can also use specialized silver cleaners to prevent oxidation. Always dry them thoroughly to prevent water spots or damage.
Drying & Special Finishes:
After cleaning, dry your jewelry carefully to prevent tarnishing. If your piece features a burnished or oxidized finish, clean gently to preserve its unique character. For jewelry with natural gemstones, use only a soft, dry cloth to maintain their luster.
Storage Tips:
Store your pieces in separate compartments or pouches to avoid contact; this prevents scratches and keeps them from becoming dull. Additionally, we recommend removing your jewelry when applying lotions, perfumes, or using cleaning products to protect the metal from chemical residues.
