How long until I receive my order?
Each piece is cast and hand-finished in our workshop in Modena, only after you order. We don't mass-produce or keep stock, which is why it takes 10-14 business days before shipping.
We ship exclusively with DHL Express, the safest and most trackable carrier for valuable items like ours: every order is insured and tracked from pickup to delivery.
Once shipped, it arrives in 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs: Italy €12.99, Europe €18.99, rest of the world €37.
The exact cost appears at checkout before you confirm your order.

Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email us at info@sebamakes.com with your order number.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
Defective products: if your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos/videos and your order number. We will arrange the return and provide a replacement or a full refund.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on customized or personalized pieces.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Cleaning:
soak your jewelry in warm water with a mild detergent. For silver pieces, you can also use specialized silver cleaners to prevent oxidation. Always dry it thoroughly to avoid water spots or damage.
Drying & special finishes:
after cleaning, dry carefully to prevent tarnishing. If your piece has a burnished or oxidized finish, clean gently to preserve its character. For jewelry with natural gemstones, use only a soft, dry cloth to maintain their luster.
Storage:
store your pieces in separate compartments or pouches to avoid contact between them; this prevents scratches and dullness. We also recommend removing your jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, or cleaning products, to protect the metal from chemical residue.
